We aim to make your online shopping a hassle-free experience so our shipping methods and policies are designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.
- All orders placed post 6:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you as per given timelines.
- Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturdaypost 6:00 pm will be automatically process for dispatch on Monday or on Next Working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or on any Government Holiday hence we have restricted dispatch timelines due to limited shelf life of our products.
- Orders booked during any festival month, might be delay in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
- Shipping Details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be sole responsibility of customer only.

CASH ON DELIVERY:
- Cash on delivery (COD) is available in selected cities and on selected products
- Rs. 50 will be applicable on orders below Rs. 499/-
Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process pack and ship your order. We charge a flat rate of Rs 50/- for all orders below Rs. 499/-.
Shipping charges do not apply to orders above Rs. 499/-.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please email us at email@example.com
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for any clarification.
